Algerian chicken dish for Ramadan

Ingredients :

1 Chicken1 Large onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
ras el hanout
Of flour
1 Lemon

Preparation :

In a pot brown the chicken cut into pieces in the oil with the chopped onion garlic crush salting and put the spices to simmer until the chicken pieces are well browned.
Put 2 to 3 glasses of water cover and cook until chicken is tender.
Take the cooked chicken breast and crumble it, add the eggs and the parsley to make small balls and coat them in the flour and fry them.
Add the cooked dumplings to the sauce and cook a little.
In a dish serve the chicken pieces with the dumplings sprinkle with chopped parsley and a drizzle of lemon juice.
