Chicken Kefta Skewers


– 3 chicken breasts
– 1 potato
– 1 chopped onion
– 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
– 1 garlic clove
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– Juice of 1 lemon
– Salt, pepper, cumin, sweet and strong pepper



– Cut the chicken pieces into pieces. BBQ, chicken, kofta, kebab
– Place chicken pieces, garlic, parsley, lemon juice and mix in a blender.

Chicken tsukune (Japanese chicken meatballs) is one of the regular yakitori dish items. Soft and bouncy meatballs are skewered and chargrilled with sweet soy sauce, ie. yakitori sauce.
