2 cups (250 gr) chopped macaroni
1 cup (90 g) sliced mushrooms
1 cup (110 g) celery, cut at an angle
½ cup (130 g) sliced onion
1 cup (140 gr) green sliced pepper
2 cups (280 gr) cooked chicken
½ cup (125 mL) chicken broth
4 c. soy sauce
In a saucepan boil water, add the macaroni, simmer about 8 minutes, they will cook again at the end of the recipe. Drain.
Meanwhile in a Wok put a little olive oil, heat and add the vegetables. Sauté them all while leaving them crunchy.
Add remaining ingredients.
Add the macaroni.
Lower the heat and simmer a few minutes, taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking!
Serve and add green onions.
