Chocolate and raisin buns

Ingredients :

230 g flour
2 eggs
80 g of melted butter
2 c. brown sugar
10 g fresh yeast
2 c. warm water
1 pinch of salt
50 grams of raisins
50 g dark chocolate in pieces
for the decor:
1 beaten egg

Preparation :

To prepare the recipe for brioches with chocolate and raisins:

Dissolve yeast in warm water. In a bowl, sift the flour with the salt.

Make a well, put in the yeast, sugar, semolina, eggs, raisins and butter. Mix all ingredients until smooth.

Knead the dough for 10 minutes. Cover the dough with a clean cloth and let it rise in a warm place. With the dough, make balls the size of an apricot and dumplings the size of an olive. Place a piece of chocolate in the center of a large pellet and place a small pellet on top to obtain a brioche.
