500 g of crab meat,
1 green pepper,
6 garlic cloves,
½ bunch of parsley,
1 pinch of bay leaf,
50 g flour,
100 g of Gruyere,
2 peppers, 2 carrots, salt and pepper.
Mix the parsley, the pepper, the garlic, the bay leaf, the broth, 1 small pinch of salt, the pepper.
Put in a bowl.
Add the crabmeat, whole egg, grated cheese and mix well.
Check the seasoning then make egg-sized dumplings, flatten them lightly with the palms of the hand and pass them through the bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a frying pan and brown.
Serve with shredded carrot and mayonnaise.
