Eggs mayonnaise recipe

Ingredients :

2 carrots
1 shallot
1 clove of garlic
parsley
4 tablespoons of Dressing Sauce
4 hard boiled eggs
4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
chive

Preparations :

Peel, then grate 2 carrots.

Put them in a salad bowl with 1 shallot, 1 garlic clove and finely chopped parsley, add 4 tablespoons of Dressing Sauce and mix well.

Book.

10 minutes.


Cut 4 hard-boiled eggs in 2 in the height, and cut a small tip under each egg to make a dish and allow it to stand flat.

Divide the half eggs on the serving dish, and place the carrot salad between them.

Divide the mayonnaise over the top of the eggs, sprinkle with chives, your eggs-mayo are ready.
