– 8 oranges
– 250g caster sugar
– Wash the oranges well and grate them with a small hole grater and squeeze their juice.
– Put the orange peel and orange juice in a bowl, add the sugar and stir from time to time, let stand overnight, pass the mixture in a blender and filter the juice in a colander.
– Put the juice in an airtight container, reserve in the freezer.
Serve in a glass by putting 3 tablespoons of juice, complete the rest of the water and mix.
– Serve very fresh.
