Pineapple shrimps and coconut milk
300g of raw shrimp (frozen)
200 ml of coconut milk
4 Tbsp of pineapple with syrup in pieces
1 CàC of curry
1 Cc of turmeric
1 C oz of olive oil
2 handles of blond sesame seeds
Olive oil or sesame oil
Heat olive oil or sesame oil. Add curry and turmeric and sauté 3 minutes while
Pour the coconut milk while stirring and allow to thicken the sauce.
Meanwhile peel the shrimp (I keep the tail)
Add the pineapples to the cube as well as the shrimp. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes or until shrimp is cooked.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds as well as chopped fresh coriander.
