Pop Cakes Salted ham & Emmental

Ingredients for 30 pop cakes:

  • – 80 g flour
  • – 1 egg
  • – 1/2 sachet of yeast
  • – 50 g of milk
  • – 50 g of mascarpone
  • – 35 g grated Emmentaler
  • – 75 g of ham of ham
  • – salt and pepper

Preparation:

Beat the egg. Add the flour, yeast. Mix well with the whisk. Add milk and mascarpone then grated emmental and diced ham. Salt and pepper.
Place in fingerprints. Cover with other fingerprints.
Cook at 185 ° C for 18-20 minutes.

Remove from pan. If necessary, cut out the ends of the balls with scissors.
