1 cup of blended watermelon
1/4 teaspoon of grated ginger
2 pieces of dates (remove the seeds)
7 tablespoons of evaporated milk
1/4 cup of crushed ice.
Blend all ingredients together till smooth and serve chilled.

Ginger-Aid Immune Juice
Ingredients (makes approximately 2 15 oz. juices):
Kale, 1 bunch
Parsley or cilantro, ½ bunch
Green apple, cut and seeded
Ginger, 2 inch piece
Garlic, 1 clove peeled
Lemon or lime, peeled
Cucumber, 1 whole with ends removed
Mix all ingredients in a juicer.

How To Make Zobo Drink (Sorrel or Roselle Drink)
- Dry sorrel leaves
- Pineapple Slices
- Slice of ginger (it depends on the amount of sorrel leaves)
- Rinse the sorrel leaves with cold water to get rid of potential dirt
- Put the cleaned sorrel leaves in a pot, add the slice of garlic, a bit of water and the pineapple slices
- Cover the pot and leave it on fire for about thirty minutes
- Sieve the liquid from the boiled sorrel leaves, pineapple slices and left-over garlic.
- Allow the drink to cool down, you can leave it in the fridge or simply add ice cubes and you can enjoy your Zobo drink.
Mango iced Tea
1 tea bag
1 ripe mango
3 cups of water
2 tablespoons of sugar (add more or less depending on your level of sweetness)
3 cups of ice cubes
Boil 2 cups of water and place the tea bag in it to brew.
Allow to cool in the fridge.
With the 3rd cup of water, bring to boil and pour in the sugar and stir till all the sugar is dissolved.
Place in the fridge to cool as well.
Peel and blend your mango, mix it with the water and sugar syrup.
To decorate your glass, sprinkle sugar on a flat plate, line the rim of the glass with a lemon and dip the glass in the sugar plate and swirl.
In a large jug, mix the cool tea and the mango mix with the sugar syrup and stir.
Place the ice-cubes in the glass, pour in your mango iced tea.
Serve your mango iced tea with mint leaves
