Ingredients :

500g of meat or fish of your choice
100g of cut okok leaves
200ml of palm oil
chilli pepper
100g of cut okok leaves
400g water leaf leaves (or spinach or folong)
Maggi Seasoning Cubes
200ml of water

Preparation :

Cook your meat until tender

Sliced your vegetables (the okok is usually bought in sliced).

Pre-cook okok for 1 hour with water and rock salt to make it tender

Then add okok and mix well

Add the 200ml of water and the cube of seasoning, cover and cook until evaporation of the water

When the water has evaporated, add the palm oil, mix, cover and let cook again about 10 minutes

Serve hot!
Accompany with water fufu
