For 20 madeleines:
50 g whole flour
50 g cornstarch
50 g of brown sugar
50 g margarine
1 egg
100 g of organic fluffy muesli
1 tablespoon sesame
1 tablespoon poppy
1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla
1 teaspoon yeast
1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate

PREPARATION / Madeleines breakfast

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (thermostat 7). Oil a madeleines pan.

In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, yeast and baking soda.

In a bowl, whisk the egg with the sugar and add the mixture to the flour.

Melt the margarine in a saucepan, then add it to the dough and mix.

Incorporate liquid vanilla, sesame seeds, poppy seeds and muesli.

Mix. Fill the alveoli with madeleines and bake for 10 minutes.
