1 pallet stock root 2 to 3 pounds flour
1 onion, sliced in strips
1 can of beef concentrate
1 cup of ketchup
1 C. prepared mustard
salt and pepper
– Mix the flour, salt and pepper together.
-Family the toast with the mixing flour, salt and pepper by removing excess flour and put in the slow cooker.
-Place the onion slices on the roast
Mix together the beef broth, ketchup and the prepared mustard and pour this mixture on the roast and set low for 8 hours.
