Salad with Peppers and Fried Zucchini Recipe


– 4 green peppers
– 3 tomatoes
– 2 courgettes
– 1 clove garlic, chopped
– 1 teaspoon of harissa
– 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
– 1 teaspoon of sweet pepper
– Frying oil
– Salt


– Wash and cut the tomatoes in half and fry in hot oil on both sides, mashed using a vegetable mill.

– Wash the zucchini and cut into pieces and fry in hot oil until golden.
