Smoked fish recipe okra sauce

Ingredients :

2 good smoked fish
100g fresh okra
1 piece of rock salt (kanwa)
1 handful of dried shrimp
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 piece of ginger

Preparation :

Learn your smoked fish and reduce dried shrimp powder.
Smoked fish with okra sauce

Wash and crush as much as possible your okra, reduce the rock salt (kanwa) into fine powder.

In a saucepan boil 300ml of water in which you add crushed shrimp and smoked fish. Allow to boil again.

Gather a good mouth of the broth that you mix with the crushed okra and mix well until obtaining a homogeneous preparation.

Add the okra in the fish, mix and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.

Salt and spice.

Finely crush the tomatoes and half of the onion

Heat a little oil in a saucepan and make and return the other half of the onion.
Taste the crushed tomato and cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
serve the 2 sauces with the fufu or any other accompaniment of your choice.
